Friday Fanfare

Friday Fanfare

March 16, 2018

Dear Trinity Families,

The dictionary defines “sacrifice” as an act of giving up something valued for the sake of something else regarded as more important or worthy. I have asked our students to “sacrifice” their electronics on the Fridays during Lent for time spent together. Mrs. Boyle “sacrificed” her Saturday morning last weekend to paint the girls’ bathroom upstairs making it incredibly bright and beautiful! Mrs. Williams (and helpers) have been coming in on the weekends as well to take care of the incubator eggs and chicks. I’m not sure you realize the many ways our teachers make “sacrifices” for their students for this is not a job to them but a vocation. You too make “sacrifices” in the many volunteer hours you give and by sending your children to Trinity. None of this can compare to the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus made for all of us, but in our efforts we make a difference as we grow closer to each other and to Him.

With God’s blessings,

            Kimber Moehrman, Principal
